If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The v-neck cardigan features a regular fit and is made from 85% polyester, 14% acrylic, and 1% metallic yarns for added shine. It has long sleeves, a button-up front with faux horn buttons, and a midweight design, making it suitable for layering. The model is 5′7″ and wears a size S, with bust measurements of 39 inches, waist of 32 inches, and hips of 42 inches. Care instructions include hand wash cold separately or dry clean.
