Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Features a high-quality Velcro closure for optimal adjustability, with a lightweight polyurethane sole that offers durability, flexibility, and shock absorption. The upper is made from Biocare (vegan) leather, and the leather-covered footbed provides comfort, durability, and moisture absorption. The sandal includes a removable, cushioned insole for custom orthotics, while the leather-lined uppers ensure breathability. Crafted with the highest quality leathers, the sandals are soft to the touch. The contoured memory foam throughout the footbed shapes itself to the foot, and the flexible outsole ensures optimal grip on every surface. The heel height is approximately 0.8 inches, size 38.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
