If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The durable rubber outsole and removable mesh-covered EVA footbed ensure support and cushioning, enhanced by VIONIC VIO Motion Technology. Heel height measures 1.00" with a platform of 0.75", offering a stable, elegant lift. For maintenance, clean with a dry cotton cloth, keeping away from direct heat. Available in medium and wide widths, in sizes 5, 6-10, 11, 12, 13.
