The pictures and description on this website did not match the product I received, which was il-fitting, and fabric incredibly thin/see-through.

The service was terrible. I purchased these shoes for a birthday gift for my daughter. On the 2nd time wearing the Birkenstock sandle the big toe strap came out. There was a defect to the shoe, but the company provided no help in sending the shoe back to Birkenstock for repair. I was given a 10% refund. And was told I didn’t notify them within there 7 day return policy. I notified them on tge 8th day of receiving them. They also said that the shoe was worn and didnt have the original tag on them? I’m not sure if you’re supposed to wear new shoes with the tags attached? Be cautious if you buy anything from this company the return policy is short and there is no protection to the consumer.
I ordered two pairs. One pair was USED and the wrong size. I contacted the company to initiate a return and NO RESPONSE!
So squished in a small box the leather is super wrinkled :/
Very disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a white tank top embroidered with a martini to wear on my bachelorette trip, and instead I received a completely different item—a purple and yellow striped matching top and pants set. Not only was it the wrong item, but it wasn’t even the correct size.
I was really looking forward to wearing the tank top for a special occasion, so this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of quality control is concerning, especially when customers are relying on orders for upcoming events. I hope this issue is resolved quickly, but based on this experience, I am very unhappy with my purchase. Would not recommend ordering anything from this website.

Absolutely love the kitten heel - can easily dress up or wear casual. I read comments about the material but did not find that they look cheap. I personally love the color and suede look of the material. Fits true to size.
