If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed in white and black, these sneakers boast a cracked-effect faux leather upper with glitter, complemented by a suede accent on the round toe and an animal print tongue. The outsole, crafted with vegetable oils, measures 2.5 cm, and pairs sustainability with comfort, while the ergonomic insole is made from recycled materials. Made in Spain, these shoes feature an upper of cowhide leather, textile, and synthetic material, combined with a cotton, microfibre, and textile lining. Please note that these intricate materials are not suitable for washing.
