Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Certified to the GOTS and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, each towel measures 56 inches by 30 inches and is made to ensure quality and comfort. Care instructions: Machine wash warm, normal cycle with like colors; tumble dry low, warm iron as needed; avoid bleach and direct contact with cleansers containing benzoyl peroxide.
