If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Expertly crafted from eco-conscious materials, including eco-tanned leather, PU synthetic mesh, and 30% recycled PET fleece lining, these boots feature waterproof leather and rubber construction. The classic black boots have cotton laces made from 50% recycled material and a Green Rubber outsole with 42% recycled content, ensuring environmentally friendly style. Closure: Standard lacing with D-ring. Ideal for winter casual occasions, they offer a low heel for comfort and feature a round toe for a classic look.
