Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

With ThermoBall Eco insulation, a quilting pattern that helps reduce cold spots and a great fit, this vest is perfect for winter hikes and other outdoor pursuits.
The Men's North Face ThermoBall™ Vest is composed of a 100% recycled nylon shell with a non-PFC durable water-repellent (non-PFC DWR) finish and is insulated with 11 g/ft² of 100% post-consumer recycled polyester ThermoBall™ Eco synthetic insulation. The inner lining is made of 100% recycled polyester.
SLIM FIT. Stylish yet comfortable, this vest has a close-to-body fit with a fair range-of-motion and is shaped at the waist with moderate body contouring. It can be worn over base layers or light mid-layers.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
