Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Carnegie Straight Pant by Taylor Stitch, a durable and stylish option in Fatigue Olive Corduroy. These pants have a classic mid-rise, tailored fit, with a straight leg that tapers slightly for a refined silhouette. Made from 12-oz. 100% organic cotton corduroy, they're complete with YKK zip fly and button top closure, and feature two front slash pockets and two back welt pockets with button-through flaps. Crafted in China, these pants promise to soften with each wash; simply machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Ideal for both casual and dressier occasions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
