Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These extra-wide width sneakers feature a round toe and a flat heel style, making them ideal for vacation and streetwear during the spring season. They are fitted with Ortholite® memory foam footbeds and a padded heel collar for supreme comfort and are APMA approved with two removable insoles. The adjustable hook and loop closure with elastic gore faux laces ensure an easy fit, while the high-traction rubber outsoles and breathable anti-stink materials enhance performance and hygiene.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
