Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This pajama top includes a long sleeve knit top with a collar, button front, contrast piping detail, and shirttail hem, and matching pants. The top is made of 94.5% modal and 5.5% spandex with a soft, stretchy knit fabric and features a mermaid and coral print. For the top, length from highest shoulder point is 24.75 inches; size up if more room is needed in the chest. Turn inside out, machine wash cold separately on gentle cycle, do not bleach or dry clean, use mild detergent, tumble dry on low, and medium heat iron on reverse side if needed.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
