Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This A-line wrap dress is adorned with a beautiful blossom pattern. Made from soft Peruvian cotton, this 3/4-sleeve dress features a self-tie detail, making it a lightweight and stylish choice for the new season—95% Peruvian Cotton, 5% Spandex. Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold separately on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or dry clean. Use mild detergent and tumble dry on low. Medium heat iron on the reverse side if needed.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
