If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
The SPANX Style No. 20312R is a super-soft, ankle-length cropped pant featuring a pull-on design with hidden core shaping technology for a flattering fit. It has a loose fit through the hip and thigh, with a leg opening of 19”, a front rise of 11”, and a back rise of 16”. Available inseams include Petite (24” for heights up to 5’4”), Regular (26.5”), and Tall (29” for heights 5’9” and above). Made from a buttery-soft 4-way stretch twill fabric (55% Cotton, 29% Rayon, 13% Polyester, 3% Elastane), it includes functional pockets and is garment-dyed for a unique color that may vary slightly. Care instructions recommend machine washing cold, gentle cycle, and washing inside out.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
