Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The warmest piece of outerwear by Ski-Doo, the Absolute 0 Jacket is built to keep you warm and safe in freezing conditions on the trail. Original MSRP: $549.99. It's 100% waterproof, windproof and still highly breathable, with underarm vents and adjustable sections to let you optimize your airflow. The jacket is filled with 200g of PrimaLoft® Gold insulation plus an extra 100g of heat-reflecting insulation in the removable liner that features Radiant Core technology, while an adjustable hood and collar are removable when you don't need them. The built-in E LinQ cable management system lets you easily power accessories while keeping wires out of the way and there are plenty of pockets for storage on the move.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
