If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This hoodie features a double hood, long sleeves with thumb holes, a kangaroo pocket, and a banded bottom. Made from super soft French terry fabric, it offers a comfortable stretchy fit. The sleeves and one hood have a leopard print, while the body and second hood feature a blue and white striped print. Measurements: Small Bust 38", Length 27", Medium Bust 40", Length 27", Large Bust 42", Length 28", XL Bust 46", Length 28", 2XL Bust 49", Length 29", 3XL Bust 52", Length 30". Made from 60% polyester, 35% cotton, and 5% spandex. Hand wash cold, imported.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
