Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These lace-up walking shoes have a 1.25" heel and are available in five widths. They feature the EZ Lace system for even tension across the instep, a padded tongue with elastic gore tongue holder, and added depth for extra toe room. The removable CoolStep footbed is antibacterial, washable, and moisture-wicking. TRIPAD Technology provides shock absorption at three pressure points: inside ball, outside ball, and heel.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
