Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This APMA-approved clog features a patent leather upper and a full back clog style for secure fit. It includes a padded instep collar and a roomy rounded toe box for comfort. The cushioned microfiber insole and anatomically correct footbed provide excellent support, while the contoured PU midsole enhances comfort. The polyurethane outsole includes an anti-fatigue rocker bottom, which is shock-absorbing and slip-resistant, ensuring durability and stability. The medium heel height is 2 inches.
