If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This western-inspired brown calf-high boot is made with gorgeous pebbled leather, burnished toe, and detailed seaming. Features a comfortable, removable insole with double-layer foam cushioning, combining premium memory foam and EVA foam, which provides maximum comfort. Strips of goring on the back for a flexible fit, and inside zipper for easy on and off. It is a full-shaft boot with a full-length inside zipper. 15-inch shaft height. Warm linings and foam-padded removable footbed. Rubber sole. 1.5 inch stacked heel.
