If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Women's Vivaldo Sock Loafers by Salvatore Ferragamo in Nero, a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort for the fall season. Crafted with an elegant almond toe, these ankle-length loafers feature a Vara bow detail and a smooth finish. Made from 60% wool and 40% calfskin leather with a 100% calfskin leather lower, they have a heel height of 0.75 inches and a platform height of 0.375 inches. Originating from Italy and designed for travel, they offer easy wear with a slide-on closure and require specialist cleaning.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
