Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These ultra-light 8-inch boots feature SHIELDTEX abrasion-resistant fabric and a composite protective toecap for enhanced safety. The INTERGUARD 2.0 internal metatarsal protector and non-metallic puncture-resistant insole provide flexible protection, while the R-LITE footbed ensures comfort. Assembled in Canada, these workwear essentials boast an ultra-resistant TPU PARESHOK bumper toe and a direct-attach PU midsole, making them ideal for travel and fall seasons.
