Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
The Ron Dorff Boxer Briefs with Double Stripes are a nod to timeless design inspired by the 70s Swedish Army model. Crafted from a premium cotton blend comprised of 95% cotton and 5% elastane, they offer a close, tapered fit with a comfortable elastic waistband wrapped in fabric. Manufactured in Portugal, these boxer briefs feature reinforced top stitching and the subtle detail of embroidered RD eyelets. For care, gently machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach or tumble dry, iron on low, and wash with similar colors. The model is 6'1" and wears a size M for a tapered fit.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
