Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Turn heads in this stylish and chic hat. Not only is this accessory a must for keeping the sun out of your face, it will also be the perfect complement to any cute warm-weather outfit.
Painted and made by hand, using textile paint and only sustainable materials. Paint on 100% organic cotton, 100% Silk lining, inside of hat. They can be washed by hand, with cold or warm water and neutral soap. We do not recommend draining, and they should air dry. In case you need an iron, we recommend using a steam iron or not removing it from your head for a while. Unique hand painted hat, made in Spain.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
