Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted from 100% organic cotton, these jeans feature a zip closure, sailor scoop patch pockets on the front, and signature back pocket stitching, finished with Rolla's vintage gold logo button and trims. Made in solid Brad Blue, these must-have jeans can be machine washed to keep them looking fresh. Measurements for size 26 include a rise of 31cm (12 inches), an inseam of 73cm (29 inches), and a hem of 56cm (22 inches).

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
