Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Features a waterproof full-grain leather upper combined with 900 denier Cordura® for durability. The lightweight and flexible molded EVA midsole ensures comfort, while 400 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation provide warmth. It includes Rocky® Waterproof construction and a light, flexible cement construction for added durability. The Terra Suspension Footbed offers support and cushioning, and a fiberglass shank enhances stability. The rubber outsole provides reliable traction. Standing 8 inches tall, this boot is designed to perform in challenging conditions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
