If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Rocky Men's Trailblade Composite Toe Shoe in monochrome black is an athletic work sneaker built for performance and protection. This non-metallic shoe features Guaranteed Rocky® Waterproof construction and a round composite toe meeting ASTM F2413 standards, ideal for passing through metal detectors without hindrance. With a breathable spacer mesh lining, reflective highlights on the toe for improved visibility, and an oil- and slip-resistant rubber outsole, it ensures safety and comfort in any environment. The shoe weighs 3.1 pounds per pair for a size 10 and includes a contoured removable EVA insole with a nylon shank for additional support.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
