Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This maxi dress boasts three-quarter length, slightly puffed semi-sheer sleeves with elasticised cuffs and a vintage-inspired boat neckline that deepens to a V at the back. Composition: Main body is 99% viscose, 1% polyester with a 100% viscose lining, crafted from a viscose georgette material. Closure: Zip closure. Designed to flatter, it includes ruching details, a bias-cut skirt for a contouring fit, and exquisite curved ruffles. Care: Hand wash only.
