If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

It features pearl-trimmed straps, a chic square neckline, and a contrast velvet bodice adorned with pearl, diamante, and metal chain trim for added opulence. The A-line silhouette offers playfulness and sophistication, complemented by a secure zip fastening at the back and full lining for comfort. Crafted from 98% Polyester and 2% Elastane, this dress requires dry clean only and cool ironing on reverse. It fits true to size; model is 5'10"/178cm tall and wears AU8 (US4).

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
