Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This long-sleeve jacket, crafted from 100% cotton with a water-resistant finish, features a faux suede-trimmed collar for an elevated touch. Made as a cropped, boxy fit with a detachable quilted liner, it measures a body length of 24.25 inches with a 50-inch chest in a size small. Closure includes a snap design at the center front, collar, and pockets. Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. Imported.
