If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Prosperina Margot Reversible Dress, a timeless addition to any wardrobe. This navy floral print midi dress features short sleeves and a reversible design, with a unique Mod Blossom print on one side and solid navy on the other. Crafted from a 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex blend and lined with 100% Cotton, it includes a fitted waist, flowy skirt, practical pockets, and a back zipper closure. Manufactured in China and designed in the USA, the dress is best cared for by washing inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water, using mild detergent, and air drying. Model is 5'8" and wearing an extra small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
