Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These durable work shorts are designed for practicality and functionality on the job. Featuring holster pockets that can be tucked into the side pockets, they provide convenient storage—one with an extra pocket and another with loops for tools. Additional details include back pockets with flap and Velcro closures, a folding rule pocket, and a dedicated tool pocket with a knife button. Two hammer loops, one on each side, offer easy access to essential tools, while reinforced areas inside the folding rule pocket and holster pockets add extra durability. Crafted from 65% polyester and 35% cotton, they combine strength and comfort for demanding work environments.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
