If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These must-have jeans are fit to perfection.
These jeans have a high rise with a slim straight leg and an ankle length. The rise is 11 1/2", the leg opening is 14", and the inseam is 28". They are in a deep dark wash. The fabric is 99% cotton and 1% spandex. The model is 5'9" and wears size 26. Wash in cold water. They are imported.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
