If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

The Evie High Rise Slim Boot Jean by PISTOLA is designed to enhance every figure with its high rise and slim fit through the hips and thighs, complemented by a subtle bootcut. Crafted in the Penthouse color, this piece features a dark indigo wash with refined fading for depth and sophistication. Made from a cotton blend of 99% Cotton and 1% Spandex, these jeans boast an 11.25-inch rise, a 33-inch full-length inseam, and a 19-inch leg opening. Closure is secured with a button, and care is simple with machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
