Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The upper is crafted from a combination of microsuede and vegan leather, with a textile lining and synthetic insole for comfort. The TPR outsole ensures durability and grip. The boot is equipped with a zipper closure, a heel height of 1 3/4", a platform height of 5/8", a 14" shaft height, and a 14" circumference for a sleek and comfortable fit.
