If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

It features a signature 4-inch brick quilting pattern that maximizes loft and stabilizes the body-mapped PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Eco, providing exceptional heat retention even when wet. The durable ripstop shell and lining are crafted from 100% recycled polyester with a PFC-free DWR finish, reinforced with tough overlays on the shoulders and cuffs for added abrasion resistance in high-wear areas. Practical details include a helmet-compatible adjustable hood, a two-way center-front zipper with a wicking storm flap, and multiple secure pockets, including two tricot-lined handwarmers and a generous exterior chest pocket.
