Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Light Gust Shirt Jacket by Patagonia is a sustainable choice for women's winter travel, crafted with long sleeves and a durable snap closure. This beige ski and snow jacket features a solid pattern, a self collar, and a shirttail hem, making it a minimalist fashion statement. Made from stretchy 100% polyester (70% recycled) taffeta with a DWR finish, it offers lightweight warmth with its Thermogreen® insulation. It also includes two welt handwarmer pockets with hidden snaps for security, and it's produced in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory. Care: Machine wash and tumble dry.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
