Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This classic transitional jacket by Part Two comes in a timeless warm earthy Fungi color and combines classic design with functional comfort, crafted from a durable blend of 68% cotton and 32% polyamide with a soft velvet collar, relaxed fit, spacious button-closure pockets, and practical zip fastening for effortless layering, while the lining is made from 55% recycled polyester and 45% viscose and the filling features 100% REPREVE® polyester for added warmth and comfort, finished with care instructions of machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, and do not tumble dry.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
