Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Papermoon Tailored Maxi Skirt, a quintessential piece for your evening wardrobe crafted in a soft brown hue. This solid-patterned maxi skirt offers a tailored silhouette with practical side pockets and a zip closure for a seamless fit. Made from a blend of 70% Polyester, 27% Rayon, and 3% Spandex, it ensures both style and comfort, with dimensions for size small: 14" waist (laid flat), 19" hips, and 41" length. Originating from South Korea, this skirt is machine washable and designed for line drying. Model is 5' 8" and wears a size small.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
