Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
This loose-fit, high-neck hooded jacket is made from water-resistant nylon. It features a light nylon lining, REPREVE-certified recycled polyester padding, and is suitable for temperatures between -5 and 10°C. The design includes a fly front zipper with snap buttons, an enveloping collar, and a drawstring hood. It has an oversized fit with a same-color logo printed on the bottom hem. Made of 100% thermoplastic polyurethane. Care: Gentle wash at a maximum of 30°C, professional, gentle dry cleaning allowed, dry flat, cold/low heat iron up to 110°C/230°F, and do not bleach.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
