Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Meet the Davis Top, another new friend; charming and classic. The Davis Top is a subtle, timeless silhouette embellished by feminine detailing. She features a v-neckline decorated with ruffled trim; the ruffle trim detailing appears throughout the sleeve length as well, with a tier of trim placed at elbow height. Self-tie cords hang from the top of the neckline, allowing you to style the top as either an open v-neck or key-hole neckline. The Davis Top has a more romantic, whimsical vibe in its detailing while remaining sophisticated in its classic design. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
