Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These hiker boots feature a rugged suede upper with breathable ripstop nylon and an abrasion-resistant toe guard. The waterproof, seam-sealed construction and moisture-wicking lining ensure feet stay dry, while the gusseted tongue keeps debris out. The removable and washable contour cushioned EVA insole provides superior cushioning, and the padded collar and tongue enhance comfort. The quick lace-up closure allows for easy adjustments, and the heel pull strap aids in getting them on and off. With a durable multi-directional rubber outsole, these boots offer excellent traction, shock absorption, and abrasion resistance in both dry and wet conditions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
