If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

With a sleek slim fit and tapered leg, these chinos are crafted from a cotton blend featuring 54% Polyester, 35% Cotton, 10% Viscose, and 1% Elastane, ensuring both comfort and durability. Made in Turkey, these pants feature a crisp crease, blind hem, and a Cobrax hook and eye closure with welt flap pockets for a polished look. Care for them by machine washing at 30 degrees and line drying to maintain their pristine condition.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
