If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

FuelCell foam delivers a propulsive feel to help drive you forward. Diamond-specific, TPU molded plate provides comfort and traction for all diamond surfaces. 10-spike plate engineered for baseball. Engineered air mesh vacuumed upper with a supple micro-film to create a seamless, supportive, and highly defined upper. Premium PU insert provides increased comfort, responsiveness and retainment of shape.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
