Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The 327 is a modern sneaker inspired by New Balance’s running shoes from the 1970s, a time when the brand introduced better cushioning, improved soles, and its famous “N” logo. This updated version takes those simple, vintage design ideas and gives them a fresh, modern twist. It features a lightweight, wedge-shaped sole, a large side “N” logo, and a rugged outsole inspired by trail running shoes. This kids’ version is a smaller, simplified take on the original design, made to fit growing feet comfortably while keeping the same retro-inspired style.

Why this is final sale

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.

Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
