Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Women's traveller hat from Mulhbauer. To determine your hat size, measure the circumference of your head. You need a tape measure and mirror. Place the tape measure at the back of your head and bring it together below your hairline at the front of your head, passing it just above your ears, so you can take the measurement in the centre of your forehead. Don't pull the tape measure too tight and now read your head size. For all headwear you wish to pull over your ears, e.g. beanies, hats, caps and so on, add another 1 cm to your head’s circumference.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
