If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Velma Skinny Jean by Moussy, a blend of textured elegance and modern design. Made in Japan, these high-rise jeans feature blue faded denim, a button closure, and five-pocket styling. They are distressed with slight rips, made of 99% Cotton and 1% Polyester, and marked by a cowhide leather label. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle; avoid bleach, tumble drying, and iron cool with a press cloth if needed. Model is 170 cm/5'6", wearing size 23, with measurements of 80 cm bust, 62 cm waist, and 87 cm hips.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
