Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Gleason Straight Jeans by Moussy blend vintage appeal with modern design, perfect for those embracing 90s fashion. Crafted from a medium-weight denim with a high rise and regular fit, these jeans feature a unique composition of 85% cotton, 8% lyocell, and 7% hemp. Made in Japan, they showcase intentional fading, light whiskering, and a raw-cut hem for an effortlessly edgy look. With a classic 5-pocket design and a button-down fly, these jeans measure 41 cm at the knee, tapering to 36 cm at the hem. Care: Machine washable.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
