Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These jeans are composed of 100% cotton with a cowhide leather label, featuring a high-rise, relaxed fit with a cropped wide-leg and step hem. Proudly made in Japan, this mid-weight, non-stretch denim comes with a button at the waist and a zip fly closure. Care for these jeans by machine washing cold on a delicate cycle; refrain from bleaching, tumble drying, and dry cleaning, and use a hot iron with a press cloth.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
