Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These straight-leg jeans feature a high-rise 10.75" waist and are expertly crafted from a 98% cotton, 2% elastane blend for a comfortable fit with slight stretch. Proudly made in the USA, these jeans offer a zipper with button closure and practical 5-pocket styling. The straight leg design breaks from 33 cm at the knee to 38 cm at the leg opening, with a size 25 waist circumference measuring approximately 64 cm, ensuring a flattering fit. Care is a breeze with machine wash instructions.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
