Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed for comfort and versatility, it is lightweight yet warm thanks to PrimaLoft® Gold insulation, while its water- and wind-resistant construction keeps you protected in changing conditions. The jacket showcases a stylish diamond-quilted weave, complemented by refined faux suede trim at the collar and pocket openings for a sophisticated touch. Functional details include a two-way separating zipper with a snap-closure storm flap, side-entry waist welt pockets, and snap-closure chest pockets for convenience and storage. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, it offers a midweight, high-quality feel that’s ideal for layering, and it’s easy to care for with machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and minimal ironing as needed.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
