If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

A cool twist on a classic style dress.
This dress features a hidden back zipper closure with an adjustable back tie and an asymmetrical hem with ruffle detailing. Made from 100% viscose with a 100% cotton lining, it is dry clean only. The model is 5'9" and is wearing a size S. The shoulder seam to the shortest hem measures approximately 31.9 inches, and to the longest hem, approximately 52 inches. Because the straps are adjustable, the length may vary. Made in India.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
